Shea's is situated right beside the
blue-flag beach which has made Tramore
famous - three miles of smooth, safe
sand which slopes gently down to a
relatively sheltered patch of the Irish
Sea, ideal for swimming. The area also
features excellent golfing facilities
(such as Waterford Castle, Faithlegg,
and Mount Juliet), sumptuous mountain
scenery, and great night-life.

For the kids, there's a genuine fun-park
in residence every Summer which has a
tradition stretching back generations
and has always insured Tramore's
position as one of Ireland's premier
holiday resorts - nowadays it's
complimented by the Splashworld swimming
pool, with its wave machine and water
slides.
Take a break some afternoon and spend a
few hours to paddle or row your way
around the boating lake before going for
a swim.
Follow all of that with a meal in the
Rendezvous Restaurant and trust me,
you'll be forced to look up a dictionary
in order to remind you what stress
actually is.
